All organizations maintain one of the following relationships with KGB

Guilds of GOOD alignment.

Ally - An official ally of KGB, whom we will work closely with in all matters.  KGB members are to help these guilds whenever possible.
Friendly - A guild that is not an official ally, but is otherwise on good terms with KGB.  KGB may coordinate internally with these guilds in some cases, KGB members are asked to use good judgment and try to help these guilds whenever possible.
Good - A guild that KGB considers to have goals which are generally consistent with our own, and is not hostile to other "good" aligned guilds.  KGB members are asked to use good judgment in assisting these guilds whenever possible.

Guilds of NEUTRAL alignment.

Neutral - A guild that KGB considers to be neither good nor evil, and does not engage in random player-killing or aggressive actions towards KGB.  KGB members should not hinder these guilds, and should try to assist them when prudent.  KGB realizes that some guilds may engage in player-killing for respectable guild purposes, such as upholding territorial laws, and may consider such actions acceptable of a neutral guild on a case-by-case basis. 
Aggressive Neutral - Guilds that otherwise fit into "Neutral" status, but have engaged in attacks on the KGB Nation.   KGB does not consider an attack on it's soldiers to be an act of random player-killing, and therefore will not request the help of ally/friendly guilds unless it is absolutely necessary (Most likely if we were to come under attack from multiple "Aggressive Neutral" guilds).

Guilds of EVIL alignment.

Rpk - Guilds that engage in "role-played" player-killing on a limited basis.  While these guilds may seek to profit from the death of others, their killing is done in a relatively fair and respectable fashion which in our opinion improves the fun-factor of the shard as a whole.   While KGB considers these guilds to be hostile and will do our best to bring justice upon their heads, we also recognize the ultimately beneficial service they provide for the shard and will not engage in "grief" tactics with them.  Such tactics include using uber-pets, intentional use of excessive numbers (ganks), ghosting, horse killing, and dry-looting.
Grief Rpk - Guilds that engage in random player-killing with the sole purpose of profit or "griefing" their victims.  Such guilds will be shown no mercy from the KGB, and we will use everything within our power to stop them from preying upon the innocents of the land. Also Guilds that kill based solely on notoriety.
