GuildMaster JetStar
Returns
Article by: JetStar, KGB GuildMaster
After 8 days of RL vacation, JetStar returns!
The KGB continues to change as the guild grows tighter, more members head off on their own. GuildMaster JetStar said, "It is strange how what is new is old and what is old is new. The days of the 100 member KGB are long over. Many of our members have gone off to form other groups, or have moved on to Norrath. We remain a strong core group, and this is essential to our continued existence here in Sosaria. I still consider Sosaria our "Home" and our main base of operations. I want to assure our membership and our allies that we are not going anywhere. I will be returning to my duties as Sosarian GuildMaster on the 20th of this month as scheduled."
The KGB Internet Server is now online. KGB members will be receiving their own @the-kgb.com E-Mail addresses this week alone with shell accounts and webspace. Members should post in the KGB private meeting hall (Links updated) for more information.

KGB GOES TO WAR
The Knights of
Glory and Beer and the Fallen Lords Declare WAR!
Article by: Nathan Rahl, KGB Prime Minister
These two long time rivals will take to the field again as KGB's first WoW scenario guildwar gets underway. Monday, June 14th at 10:00pm diplomats from both guilds will arrive at each guild's guildstones to begin this historical event. All KGB forces are encouraged to use the new IRC channel to coordinate battle plans and keep tabs on enemy locations. KGB GSS operatives will be engaged in major operations to bring to KGB military forces the latest updates on enemy troop movements. CKGB merchants will be available to supply needed equipment and weapons throughout this military action.
KGB politicians are already in heavy negotiations with Soulblighter to hopefully circumvent a conflict with this guild as well. At the time of this publication these talks are not proving to be helping. KGB forces are asked to begin preparations for a possible military conflict to arise with the Soulblighter as well.
Stay tuned for the lastest updates to these conflicts.
KGB Offers Appology
The guild
wishes to formally offer our humble apology
Article by: Peregrinator, KGB Foreign Minster
Due to the recent resignations of many of our high officials and veteran members, there was a time of confusion within the ranks of the KGB. During this, it seems, that some of our younger members caused harm to our many allies, including but not limited to, the guilds of the Blood Guard (BG) and the Blue Clan of Honor (BCH). KGB members that we felt had caused serious damage to the name of the KGB have since been expelled from our membership. We would like to formally apologize for any dishonorable acts committed by any member of the KGB during our time of confusion. We hope that the entire land of Sosaria and all the guilds that serve the innocents of the land can look past these occurrences and forgive us for our mistakes.
We strive to bring peace to the land of Sosaria and to wipe out the stain of evil upon her beautiful landscape. Let us all strive to work together to bring about this honorable endevor.
CKGB Tower Opening
Bash
KGB Gathers to
Celebrate
Article by: Holden, CKGB Deputy Minister
Beer Please! Could be heard over the crowd that gathered at the top of the CKGB General Store on Memorial Day evening. The stories and food were the first items on the agenda of the evening. My thanks to all for the heroic tales of bravery and might. Of course, as soon as dessert was finished the usual sparing matches broke out with friendly jabs and jeers.
After another round of beer, Prime Minister Nathan Rahl addressed the group of the recent changes in KGB (as shown below). The floor was then opened for discussions on different topics. Afterward on full tummies the group bade us thanks and farewell.
Our thanks go out to all in attendance! And a toast!
*Raises Beer *
To the Minister of the CKGB Torina Mashall, for all of her hard work in creating and maintaining Sosarias First General Store!
And To all the parties yet to come, cheers

KGB Votes to engage
in WoW Sanctioned War
Membership
vote decides KGB direction
Article by: Nathan Rahl, KGB Prime Minister
After a four day period of voting on the KGB Private Message Board the votes were counted and the decision finalized. For the time being KGB will commit to a 24/7 war within the WoW Scenario and discontinue its current practice of engaging in Non-WoW Guildwars. It may become necessary in the future to continue to wage wars against the evil guilds of the shard not involved with the WoW Senario, but for the time being we are continuing along this course. Negotiations have begun with the Fallen Lords and SoulBlighter to determine if these guilds are interested in waging war with us, within the rules of the WoW Senario. KGB will still continue its practice of eradicating evil reds wherever they may be found and helping the innocents and newbies of the shard.
All of us hope this will be a positive experience for the KGB and that the War of the World Senario will strive forward to join the Roleplayers and PvPers into a single collective.

KGB bids
farewell to another fine group of members
Article by: JetStar, KGB
GuildMaster
It is time to bid a fond farewell to some of KGB's greatest warriors in its history. Recent changes in the policies and direction has forced yet another split in the membership. Final rosters are being drawn up and expect the charter to be up to date by June 19th.
I wanted to thank the former members for their dedicated service and wish them the best of luck in the future.
Now that change is complete, look for KGB to grow again and begin to fulfill its original mission. Stay tuned!

KGB Current Events
Information on
the KGB and what is happening
Article by: JetStar, KGB
GuildMaster
As you know, with the implementation of KGB's new Bill of Rights and conduct, has come the resignations of many of KGB's top ranked military. This was to be expected and to all the departing member, I wish you only the best.
As for KGB today, I have been in the land of Norrath ( www.the-kgb.com/eq ) settling and preparing the land for KGB's eventual presence there. We plan to keep an active presence here in Sosaria also.
I have granted Prime Minister Nathan Rahl full authority to act as the GuildMaster in my absence. I will be checking back frequently. I do not plan to be gone for more than two weeks. You can follow KGB's progress at the URL listed above.
With the current changes, KGB's government has many openings, and as we decide in the coming weeks the future direction of the KGB and its mission we will be filling these positions.
Special thanks to KGB Champion BINBS for his VICTORY in the recently GM sponsored PvP tournament!!
State of the Guild
By: Nathan Rahl, KGB Prime Minister
In Accordance with the KGB Constitution Article 3, Section 1, Clause 4 (The Prime Minister is authorized to carry out the duties of the GuildMaster in his absence. This position has all the powers of GuildMaster in accordance with the wishes and duties assigned by the GuildMaster. The Prime Minister is second in command and his orders should not be questioned)
I am going to issue some orders that I feel will help our guild get back on it's feet. PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT assuming the title of GuildMaster, I am only fulfilling the duties of that job until such time as JetStar returns full time to administer to this guild.
1) ALL KGB members are required to have at least one main character on the main KGB stone. You can have as many alternate characters on the CKGB stone as you wish. The CKGB Minister and Deputy Minister are the only exceptions.
2) We will cease and desist all guildwars on the main KGB stone (If this requires the deletion of the stone to fix the stone bugs, so be it)
3) An updated members list will be handed out to all current members of this guild, so that you can tailor your ICQ lists to reflect the recent changes.
4) No member of the KGB can have another of their characters on the stone of another guild without GM or HC approval. (If you find yourself in this predicament, please come speak with me ASAP)
5) The KGB issues a formal cease-fire with all red members of the D&S guild, they are considered to be included as GM Approved Reds.
The KGB will becoming very involved in the WoW Senario in the upcoming months and any guildwars we participate in will be with Official WoW Member Guilds only. The KGB holds to it's RED mandates and only those under the KGB GM approved red list will be exempt from killing by KGB's warriors.
I sincerely hope that you all will join me in this rebirth of The Knights of Glory and Beer! We shall always strive to follow the Virtues of this land, and conquer all those who hold to the ideals of evil and have so been marked as such by the laws that govern this proud land.
Glory to the KGB!

The Craftsman
of Glory and Beer's Oasis Tavern and General Store now open
Article by: JetStar, KGB
GuildMaster
After months of preparation, the KGB Oasis Tavern and General Store is now open for business. The Oasis is managed by Minister of the CKGB Daria. CKGB has a long history of providing for KGB members and the Armed Forces. The KGB Spawn Point Tavern was recently closed and given to former Minister of the CKGB Katrina as payment for her long dedicated service.
The CKGB has long wanted to expand its efforts to offer fine crafted items to the public at a low cost. Most importantly, when you buy from KGB vendors, you help to further the cause of the KGB. Helping newbies and ridding the land of evil lamers is just part of the services KGB has dedicated itself to providing the citizens of Pacific. YOUR INVITED to stop in and say hello.
Interested in a career with the CKGB? Contact CKGB Minister Daria through this website or check the CKGB MarketPlace link from the main page. Use this link to buy and sell items the easy way.
Special thanks to Minister Daria for her hard work and the dedication of all CKGB members past and present. May the CKGB enjoy a prosperous Grand Opening!
KGB Close to a final
decision on Bill of Rights
Take a look at
the latest revisions before the KGB High Council
Article by: JetStar, KGB
GuildMaster
KGB's Prime Minister Nathan Rahl is spearheading the movement to come to a final decision. KGB Conservative party leader General Darius and KGB Liberal party leader Lord Wildcard have been in debates all week attempting to come to a agreeable solution for all. Most of KGB's active membership has been active in the attempt to update and revise GuildMaster JetStar's new and hard-line RED=DEAD policy.
KGB General LoneStar, KGB Lord of the Guild Ramirez, Supreme Knight Circe, Captain Talon, Sir Ballistic and Sir Magius have all resigned from the guild over this new policy. Rumor has it that some may be returning in the policy is revised.
Here are the current changes under consideration by the KGB High Council:
1) Develop a "Blue PK" list so that KGB Members and innocents of the land can see who is committing crimes in the guise of the "innocent". Please note that this is not a KOS list and KGB are only authorized to dispense justice to the persons on this list if they come upon them in a moment of opportunity (i.e. Gray or Red)
2) Proposal from Nathan Rahl:
Amendment to the Bill of Rights -
Article II, Section 2, Clause 1:
RED = MURDER SUSPECT - KGB Armed Forces will consider each and
every player of RED alignment to be a murder suspect. Unless the
player of RED alignment in question is on the GM's "Pardon
List", then it is the KGB members duty to attack and kill
that RED. Those of the UO community who have gone RED are to be
considered GUILTY until proven innocent; so it is their duty to
prove their innocence to the guild or face it's wrath. KGB's
policy is well advertised, and it is the responsibility of
innocent REDS to stay out of site until they return to blue
alignment.
Clause 1.01 REDS killed in error, who can reliably prove their
innocence will be expected to report the incident, stating their
proof, to be considered for reparations for their losses.
3) Proposal from Nathan Rahl:
Amendment to the Bill of Rights -
Article II, Section 1, Clause 6:
Your Notoriety (Red and Blue) - KGB members that slip to RED,
through legal actions that are defined in the KGB Bill of Rights
(Article II, Section 2, Clause 4), must resign from the main KGB
GuildStone immediately. They are then permitted to join the RKGB
stone, and make returning to blue their highest priority. The KGB
frowns upon members that go red but understands that accidents do
happen. If you are found to go red frequently then further
actions can and will be brought against you by the KGB courts.
**PLEASE NOTE** KGB members need to do what is necessary to avoid
turning RED. If this means altering your tactics, or paying
better attention to your murder counts, so be it. As the
defenders of the innocent and the dealers of justice, we cannot
afford to be seen RED.
4) Proposal from Nathan Rahl:
Amendment to the Bill of Rights -
Article II, Section 2, Clause 4:
BLUE - KGB Members will only initiate attack upon persons of BLUE
notoriety under the following circumstances: A special decree by
The KGB GuildMaster, Prime Minister, Warlord, Chairman of the KGB
High Council or KGB Knight General; Assisting a KGB member in
dispatching someone who has attacked that member; Members of a
guild that the KGB is participating in connecting GuildStone war
with, yet they are not on that guilds stone.
Members are still responsible to keep track of their personal
murder counts and will be held accountable if their notoriety
slips to RED.

KGB Members and

The wheels of
change are still turning
Article by: JetStar, KGB

Messages from the Public Forum:
Reality Check? KGB red=dead
wont be followed
by ExistenceByProxy posted 5/14/99 7:36:20 PM
This whole thing is just plain silly. Do you really think most
KGBers are going to attack other players they've known for a year
and half just because they are red? Especially when they know
that such a red player doesn't PK innocents- just lamers and so
forth.
For YOU (generic KGB) to insist that other players have to
constrain their impulses blah blah blah is total conceit. How in
good conscious are you going to attack people you know aren't
true murderers?
In my opinion KGB has sunk to a new low. In particular, Jetstar,
you are living in the past. What you want to do will only isolate
you and other KGBers from people who aren't "evil" and
you damn well know it. I realize that it's hard to find a purpose
for KGB anymore, but moves like this are only going to force
*good* people to leave the guild. You just know that certain
KGBers (mostly people who were ex-dread) are going to be in Buccs
Den socializing with their RED friends they've had over a year
and half. Do you REALLY expect them to start attacking such
people and ending friendships so that your guild can find some
type of purist mission that has no value and no realistic place?
I doubt it. What you are doing is noto pking. You can call it
whatever you like but you are going to ruin longterm friendships
and make people pissed at KGB all for nothing.
Sure hunt the real murderers, that's fine. With the
ever-dwindling population of Pacific, you obviously know those
who are and are not hardcore, genuine murderers.
Xlords guild use be to be 1/3 Dreads in the old days. Yet you
made an exception for them as Xlords didn't go around killing
innocent players- they killed lamers, noto pks, kill stealers,
and so on. Most red players in UO today are like this, especially
those who are well-known long term veterans.
Proposal for amendment for
red=dead policy
by THOR posted 5/14/99 7:46:29 PM
First, I am one of the more conservative voices in KGB. I
wholeheartedly agree and endorse RED=DEAD! I was one of many who
hated the red=dead only if you see them commit a crime policy.
Now, we have swung back to another extreme, although it is much
closer to my way of thinking. At this point, lets face the fact
that everyone probably has a red friend or two and no one would
want to kill a friend no matter what color he happens to be. In
this game, even I can accept the idea that you can turn red for a
variety of reasons and not necessarily be an evil player killer.
So I believe that KGB can have some form of a relationship with
certain reds, give some a non KOS status.
The simple fact is there are very, very few pro KGB red pks in
this game. Most that are dont stay that way for long, well now
they do but didnt in the past. Most of us could name them all off
the top of our heads probably. For an example, Jasmine of D&S
has been very good to KGB, healing us in battle etc. If she were
to turn red I would be in favor of putting her on a non KOS list
for all KGB members to know. The other side of this would be
Tomas or Ipalj of D&S, they have always shown lack of respect
towards KGB, have not helped us in battle and have always been
enemies. If they were to turn red, I would have no problem with
killing them. The point is, how a character interacted with KGB
in the "Recent" past should be how we judge them. If
they have been a true ally and then suddenly for whatever reasons
turn red, we suddenly KOS them? I think that is a little extreme.
That way we can track players that for one reason or another turn
red but we know that are not true pkers.
This way everyone would know who exactly is on this non KOS list
and all others are out of luck. This list should be very hard to
get on and not because hes been a friend of yours from way back
when, even though he is actively pking. In addition, next to
their name there should be a reasonable time set for them to turn
blue. If they exceed that time then they are off the list are
would then be subject to KGB law at that time. That way there
will be no confusion for our army about which reds we can attack
and which reds we can't. Believe me it will be a very small list
but I think it is an answer to the current problem. It will be a
double edge sword for some people, when their names appear on our
non KOS list and the abuse they may take because they are
obviously our friend. Some in fact may prefer just to be killed
then to appear on that list, then so be it and the answer is
obvious that they weren't the friend we thought they were. This
would please the more hardcore KGB about being able to attack
reds without hesitation because they would know which one's to
attack. It would please the other KGBrs who have reservations
about attacking any and all reds even if they are friends and not
true pkrs.
I think going back to aggressively killing reds is the direction
KGB should take but there should be exceptions. There is no
directive handed down by GOD saying that KGB cant have
exceptions. There isn't another guild on pacific or probably in
UO that is observed and scrutinized by its enemies as closely as
we are. Who cares what they think or say, LOL, they are enemies
of KGB why should their opinion matter. We should just state our
policy give very few reds a non KOS status and be done with it.
Not expain it, or talk about or apologize for it. We have been on
the defensive way to much on our own board. We should just post
our decisions and thats it. We dont owe any enemy any
explanations for our actions.
Commentary
KGB is having difficulty finding its place in the world. Times
and the lands have changed. We will continue to shape our policy
and attempt to represent the Lawful Good position KGB has
remained famous for. The wheels of change are still turning.

RED=DEAD: A return to KGB's roots
In the war
against Evil, a stand must be taken. KGB is taking that stand.
Article by: JetStar, KGB
GuildMaster
After continued turmoil within KGB, As GuildMaster I have decided to implement to original system KGB was founded on. KGB will be discontinuing all Guild Wars and returning to a strict RED=DEAD policy. KGB Armed Forces will fulfill the following mission from this point on:
1) Travel the lands and assist
innocents in need.
2) Terminate any RED flagged person, regardless of guild,
relationship, or notoriety.
3) Assist our allies and the forces of light in combat and
presence
The following notice will posted and repeated all over our land:
ATTENTION ALLIES, FRIENDS, and
INNOCENTS:
KGB has adopted a strict policy to combat the forces of Evil. Anyone flagged as a RED murderer
will be targeted by KGB Armed Forces for termination REGARDLESS
of Affiliation, Notoriety, Relationship, or Guild. By traveling the lands while RED, you
endanger your life and your property. If you are an
"innocent" RED, you should stay out of public view
until you have returned to normal alignment. This policy is now
in effect. We at KGB are sure you will understand the reasons for
this policy. You can contact KGB GuildMaster at www.the=kgb.com if you have any questions or comments.
In conclusion:
KGB has been accused of playing favorites, and not following its
code. Many times we have had trouble knowing who the bad guys
were, and were forced to make critical judgements as to who is a
Good Red and who is a Bad Red. This was the cause for many
mistakes. This new policy takes the guess work out of KGB
enforcement. It is now the responsibility of the Good Reds to
stay out of view until they return to normal. All will be made
aware of KGB's "new" mission.
Please remember, we do this to
serve you, the innocent hard working citizen of Sosaria. Be Well

KGB GuildMaster
Misrepresents former Member
In a recent
article, a former members reasons for leaving were incorrect
Article by: JetStar, KGB
GuildMaster
As GuildMaster, I formulated my own opinions as to why a large group of KGB veterans left the guild in late March. You can find my opinions in the April 28th KGB Sentinel. Former KGB Prime Minister, Warlord, General, High Council Member, and Lord of the Guild Ardath recently spoke up about his reasons for leaving after reading my post. Please read his rebuttal:
JetStar I am disappointed
that you totally mis-represented the reasons we left the guild in
your recent post. None of us left because of a change in
recruiting policy. I know this for a fact because there was no
change in policy.
All of us left because we felt that the heart and soul of the KGB
had no place for us. We left because you refused to enforce the
guild's code of conduct on the new members. A code of conduct
that you had established and that we had loyally followed. We
left for the same reasons the paladins did -- because the title
KGB has become more associated with murderer than it has with
good. We were once a guild that was honored, now most spit at the
name.
I know you would like to paint Helmholtz as the sole evil of this
event. Stop. Its not true. Helmholtz was the angriest, the
loudest and perhaps got the most out of line, but we all approved
the letter he posted and we all knew in our hearts it was true.
Not one of us hoped the KGB would be destroyed.
If anyone wants to know the reasons I left there quite simple:
The guild was a shadow of its former glory. The new members were
more interested in fighting than fighting for good. I saw one to
many blues killed "accidentally" by our new warriors. I
wanted to be in a guild where the members followed the virtues
and the guild code of conduct was a code of honor, not a code of
exceptions.
Either you truly don't understand the reasons we left, or you
chose to intentionally misrepresent them. Either way, how about
removing that article. Its assumptions are wrong, most of the
events are fictitious, and all in all its pretty insulting.
If I may again assume, Many of the veterans that left the Guild had helped to build it from its beginnings. With a deep respect for the organization they called home, they did not want to smear myself or the KGB as they departed. This quiet exit and comments made by many left me with a false impression of the reasons behind their departure. With Helmholtz return to the KGB forum, this subject again came to light, and we are seeing the truth come out. I stand corrected as to the true reasons behind their departure
Let me again quote myself from that post on the 28th:
"As the pressures of war grew with the return of Dracus and the Fallen Lords and their alignment with DF and NC, I made the decision that I needed full control of the recruiting process. These three guilds were hell bent on the destruction of KGB, and I felt we were only one demoralizing loss away from disbandment. I reformed the PGC with a GM mandate that essentially shoved this idea down the councils throat. This action Won the battle but also was the final nail in the coffin for many of KGB's veterans. I will say this, I did my best to uphold the code and spirit of the KGB. I am not perfect, but decisions had to be made, and I have to live with those every day. Again, I did what I had to do."
I essentially used a loophole I created to reform the PGC, this pulled the rug out from under the Guilds appointed leadership. At the time I thought this was best for the Guild. My actions won the war, but the cost of victory took its toll on my reputation, and the reputation of the Guild as a whole. Since that time the former members rarely speak to me, and the loss of these friendships is a constant reminder of the cost my decisions. I realize now that I won nothing. Perhaps when I am finished with my mission here on Pacific, I can write a book about the do's and don'ts of running a Guild. I have certainly learned both the hard way.
Former KGB members: I will post your rebuttals to my April 28th editorial here unedited if you like. You may simply Email them to me through the website

Article I, Introduction
The Knights of Glory and Beer have been dedicated to the destruction of Evil and the protection of the innocent. As the world has changed, so has KGB's guidelines. Our world has a flawed Notoriety and Judgement system, but it is the only system available. This document will serve as the members Bible. All members of the KGB are expected to follow the rules listed here and will be judged based upon them.
Membership Oath:
As a Member of the Knights of Glory and Beer, my personal integrity is irreproachable. I will never degrade myself by the lying to, cheating of, stealing from, or harming the innocent. I hold myself personally and unequivocally responsible to ensure the preservation of the honor of the Membership and good name of the KGB at all times. I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and prevent all offences against the persons and properties of those of "good" alignment.
Article II, Rules of Conduct and Engagement
Section I, CONDUCT
The following are the rules
of KGB Citizen and Military advisor conduct that every member is
follow. Violations of these rules will result in review and
punishment per the KGB Supreme Court.
Clause 1. Presentation and Communication - KGB Members will treat all persons (Friends and Foes alike) with respect in all forms of communication at all times. No Member of the KGB will use profanity / foul language to taunt and or racial slurs under any circumstances. KGB Members will present themselves as honorable, respectable, and chivalrous at all time with no exceptions.
Clause 2. Knowledge - You are expected to be educated in the rules and regulations of KGB, and keep up to date on current events and needs. All members are expected to check the KGB Sentinel, State of the KGB page, and the KGB Meeting Hall (KGB Citizens only) on a regular basis. Lack of knowledge is not a defense against violations of KGB's ever changing laws.
Clause 3. Loyalty - You are expected to obey the wishes of the guild leadership and follow the rules and regulations of the guild at all times without question. There are ways to question the conduct of Guild leaders if you feel that they are not following the KGB code. This should be done after you have performed your duty as the Commander will be held directly responsible for their decisions and orders. The KGB GuildMaster and Prime Minister are always there to discuss the actions of Guild leadership.
Clause 4. Personal Conduct - KGB members will never be involved in lying to, cheating of, stealing from, or harming the innocent. As a member of KGB it is your responsibility to enforce the code and mission. You must take all of the conduct guidelines into consideration as you perform your duty.
Clause 5. Assistance and Association - You are a member of KGB first. You must be prepared to put guild goals ahead of your own, and your loyally to the Guild above personal friendships and relationships. All members of KGB are expected to perform their duty at all times. KGB members will not associate with criminals and enemies of the guild while they wear the KGB title. If the situation arises that you feel you may have to take action against a friend or family, you have the right to excuse yourself from the situation.
Clause 6. Your Notoriety (Red and Blue) - KGB members are not permitted to be flagged RED, no exceptions. KGB members that slip to RED must resign from the GuildStone immediately, and make returning to blue their highest priority. Upon return to blue you will appear before the KGB Supreme Court where your actions will be reviewed. If you are found to be justified you may return to the stone with a warning. **PLEASE NOTE** KGB members need to do what is necessary to avoid turning RED. If this means altering your tactics, so be it. As the defenders of the innocent and the dealers of justice, we cannot afford to be seen RED.
Section II, Rules of Engagement
The following are the rules of engagement that must be applied to
each situation that may involve combat. Although the current
system is flawed in many ways, it is the only system we have. KGB
is judged based on how they act and re-act to these situations.
Clause 1. EVIL RED = DEAD - KGB Armed Forces will attack and kill any person or persons of RED alignment that you have seen committing a crime or are advised by a Guild member, or Official Guild Allie that witnessed a crime committed. We are interested in killing those that harm innocents, not those that champion them. It is a KGB members duty to attack and kill EVIL RED murders. Use your best judgement in a case by case evaluation. Just being RED is no longer a free license to kill. Random killing of RED's is not permitted.
Clause 2. ORANGE - KGB Members will treat all persons of ORANGE notoriety as enemies and should be killed on site. No exceptions, no excuses.
Clause 3. GRAY - KGB Members must evaluate each person of GRAY notoriety on a case by case basis. Just being GRAY is not excuse to attack. You must have seen a crime committed or be advised by a trusted individual that witnessed the crime. Insults, taunting or other forms of verbal attack are NOT grounds for attack. In War Parties, KGB members will wait for orders by the unit commander before attacking GRAY persons.
Clause 4. BLUE - KGB Members will NEVER attack persons of BLUE notoriety. Only a special decree by The KGB GuildMaster, Prime Minister, Warlord, Chairman of the KGB High Council or KGB Knight General can permit attack upon blues. YOU WILL STILL BE ACCOUNTABLE for any murder counts you receive regardless of leadership decree. THERE IS NO exceptions TO THIS RULE.
Clause 5. Newly Resurrected - KGB will not execute the newly
resurrected.

execute a newly resurrected enemy:
